BUILDING CONNECTION TIGHTENS LEASE
Building and plumbing supplies company The Building Connection has moved to a new headquarters in the premier Gold Coast industrial precinct of Molendinar.
The company, which specialises in supplying builders and plumbers for residential and commercial projects, has leased 2/3 Expansion Street, Molendinar, in a deal negotiated by Steve Macgregor of Ray White Industrial Gold Coast.
Mr Macgregor said The Building Connection had relocated from smaller premises elsewhere in Molendinar.
“The company was seeking a larger base for its growing business,” he said.
“They have moved to a popular location in a complex of two units.”
Mr Macgregor said the 423 sqm property included an office/mezzanine area with the warehouse component offering a rear roller door and multiple 3 phase power outlets.
“The property has plenty of onsite parking and easy access,” he said.
“There’s also fantastic exposure for the business to Ashmore Road.”
The Building Connection has secured a 3 x 3 year at a gross rental rate industry sources estimate to be approximately $50,000 per annum
