A parcel of land with development potential in the commercial and industrial centre of Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast is being offered for sale via auction by Ray White Industrial Gold Coast.
The property at 94 Township Drive, Burleigh Heads, is being offered for sale by way of Public Auction in a campaign marketed by Ray White Industrial Gold Coast Team Leader Steve Macgregor.
Steve Macgregor said the property was being sold under instructions from Peter Dinoris of Vincents Chartered Accountants in his capacity as Liquidator of Glenzeil Pty Ltd A.C.N. 010 465 166 (In Liquidation)”.
He said the site comprised of 1,465 sqm of industrial land and was positioned in a strategic location toward the southern end of the Gold Coast.
