National fire, smoke and sound containment specialists Kilargo Pty Ltd has leased a property at Upper Coomera on the northern Gold Coast.
The company has secured a 420 sqm warehouse at 2/18 Kohl Street, Upper Coomera, in a deal negotiated by Steve Macgregor of Ray White Industrial Gold Coast.
“The size of the warehouse fitted their business requirements perfectly,” said Mr Macgregor.
“The air conditioned and carpeted office mezzanine can be transferred into a show room if they like.
“There is ample amount of parking and in a complex of only two, it’s no surprise that Kilargo snapped the property up.”
Kilargo has taken up a 3 x 3 year tenancy at a gross rental rate industry sources estimate to be approximately $50,000 per annum.
Kilargo, which operates in every state across Australia, is renowned for their leading innovations in fire containment, specialising in door seals and grilles.
