National leather and vinyl products restoration company The Leather Doctor has secured new premises in the industrial precinct of Molendinar for its Gold Coast headquarters.
The company, which specialises in the repair of leather/vinyl products of all descriptions including furniture and automotive items, has leased 9/6-8 Enterprise Street, Molendinar, in a deal negotiated by Steve Macgregor of Ray White Industrial Gold Coast.
Steve Macgregor said The Leather Doctor has a strong presence on the Gold Coast and the company had been looking for a new regional headquarters.
“The Leather Doctor is a major national franchise business and they already have six outlets on the Gold Coast,” Steve Macgregor said.
“They were seeking an A grade property for their headquarters and this near new complex in the popular Molendinar industrial precinct was ideal for them.”
Steve Macgregor said the warehouse/office complex was well equipped for any commercial purpose.
“It has over 500 sqm of warehouse area, 80 sqm of air-conditioned and carpeted offices, a showroom, plus all the usual on-site amenities,” Steve Macgregor said.
“The property caters for almost every commercial operation and its location within 10km of the Gold Coast CBD makes it an attractive offering.”
Market sources estimate the gross annual rental of the property to be approximately $52,000 per annum.
